This site is powered by Integrated Transport Information System (hereinafter known as ITIS) and by continuing to access and use the Website you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions (herein after known as the "Terms") which govern your access to and use of the Website and any data or information in the Website.

2. ITIS

"ITIS" means the Integrated Transport Information System owned, operated and maintained by the Urban Transport Department of City Hall Kuala Lumpur (CHKL). The ITIS web portal URL is www.itis.com.my (hereinafter known as the "Website"),. All correspondences other than through our on-line web feedback service should be directed to the Director, Urban Transport Department, Transport Management Center, Lot PT 4785, Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur.

All text, data, charts, tables, software, video, music, sound, graphics, photographs, illustrations, artwork, names, logos, and all other material of whatever nature contained in the Website and all copyright which may subsist in this Website (together, the "Content") belongs to and shall remain at all times the property of ITIS or other third party owner working with CHKL.

3.2. You agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work, copy, reproduce, post or transmit from any of the Content on the Website or to use it for any purpose whatsoever other than for your personal and non-commercial use or as otherwise expressly permitted by ITIS.

The trade marks, service marks and logos used and displayed on this Website ("Trade Marks") are registered or unregistered trade marks of ITIS or a third party working with CHKL. Nothing on this Website should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any licence or right to use any Trade Mark without written permission from ITIS or the third party owner. The name of ITIS or the third party owner may not be used in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of Content without the prior written permission of ITIS or third party owner as appropriate.

There are no implied warranties whatsoever.

6.2. ITIS uses information derived from third party data. Neither ITIS nor the suppliers of third party data warrant the accuracy of the data and accept no liability of any kind to any person in relation to the data including liability for errors or defects in or omissions from the data, delays in publication of the data or any breakdown or cessation of any of its services.

In no event will ITIS or its suppliers of third party data be liable for any loss including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss, or any damages arising from loss of use, data or profits, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the use of this Website.

Where the timing of a journey is of particular importance to you, we advise you to check the information before you travel with the transport operator directly. No responsibility is accepted by or on behalf of ITIS or its suppliers of third party data for any errors, omissions, or misleading Content on the Website or on any websites to which the Website connects or makes references to.

6.5. Neither ITIS nor its suppliers of third party data warrant that the Website or Content will be uninterrupted or error free, that any defects will be corrected, or that this Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts.

10. Events beyond our control

ITIS will not be responsible for any breach of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its knowledge or control.
